We have been getting some feedback from our customers saying they seem to have problems getting a nice easy fit with the hull sections on occasions. Here are a few tips on how to get a good fit.
Firstly tape together the four hull
sections as shown. ( pic 1) Then slide the one half into the other and glue together
making sure no glue runs into the top/bottom joint (pic 2). Once set you can separate
the halves, clamp the last bit ( pic 3 ) that you didn’t get glue near and glue that to
finish off. Job done, the top will now locate easily every time without having
to force it.
